Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery times

• Europe: 7–14 business days
• USA & Canada: 8–15 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or peak seasons.

Shipping cost
We offer FREE shipping on all orders.

Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package. Please allow 2–4 days for tracking information to update.

Customs & duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
